Introduction György Sziráki



Dear visitor, As our next board meeting is quickly approacing, our host and boardmember in Budapest will introduce himself.

My name is György Sziráki, since 2014 I work as an educational expert and vice principal at the Evangélikus Pedagógiai Intézet (Instute of Pedagogy of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hungary) in Budapest. My job is to give professional support for 53 Evangelical-Lutheran institutions (schools, dormitories, kindergardens) in Hungary. I work especially in the field of school administration, and team building-knowledge sharing processes, trainings. I’m a traniner on company retreats as well. For 25 years I worked as a teacher (Hungarian language and literature, History and Russian language), and also as a principal at an upper secondary school, in my home town, Dunaharaszti, in the Suburban area of Budapest.

I live in Dunaharaszti with my family. I’m the Lay leader in our Evangelical-Lutheran congregation. My favorite recreation activities are playing music, train dogs, archery, paddling, dancing.
